There are four key areas to improve your Member rating:
- Attitude: Have a welcoming smile and eagerness to help above and beyond your standard requirements. Remember to leave your problems at home and don’t let a bad mood ruin your work or affect others around you.
- Punctuality: Always be early for your shift, you should arrive at least 15-20 minutes before your shift start time to allow time to sign in and find the area you’re working in.
- Dress Code: Grooming and dress code is especially important for our Partners; dress code must be correct, ironed, well-fitting and please ensure that both you and your clothes are clean. For gentlemen special attention should be taken when applying for shifts as some venues may specify ‘clean shaven’ and you are likely to get turned away from work if you are not.
- Skill: Communicate effectively with Managers and Supervisors to help them represent their venue in the best way and according to their standards, while executing all of your assigned tasks efficiently – be proactive and ask how you can help if there’s nothing to do.
