Simply tap on the shift you wish to cancel, scroll all the way down to the ‘Cancel’ button at the bottom of the page. Just tap on the button and your shift will be cancelled. You won’t need to call or email us to let us know as you’ve allowed more than 48 hours before the shift start time so we have enough time to find a replacement. Note that any cancellations will affect your reliability rating and in turn your ability to book shifts.
